Don't know why we still had the lockout in the first place since Mythic dungeons became the new "Heroic" dungeons. There's always a lockout for specific heroic dungeons, you can always que random. On Sunday I was able to specific queue for Plaguefall 5 times in a row without getting a lockout. I'm sure it was normal, Heroic had locks yesterday I was queuing normal to get my legendary when Heroic had locks.

You first said we're literally forcing you to do LFR to progress. Heroic mode refers to a dungeon difficulty (TBC, WotLK & Cataclysm) setting. This setting is accessed from the party or raid leader's portrait menu; currently the only other difficulty setting is normal mode (the default setting).
